Dione Verulam

Highly respected as both a talented artist and collagist Dione Verulam, in her first solo show with Cricket Fine Art, exhibits many original and intricate collages, linocuts, collagraphs and monoprints. Taking her inspiration from the auction room, in ‘A Young Buyer’, we see a moment from the sale of Alberto Giacometti’s ‘Chariot’. Just off centre, the auctioneer gesticulates enthusiastically in the direction of a large sculpture in the hopes of attracting some keen bidding in the room.
